Manager - Electrical Maintenance

The ideal candidate for the position of Manager - Electrical Maintenance will combine technical expertise and industry knowledge in order to lead teams, oversee maintenance, ensure operational efficiency, and drive productivity while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, advise, and oversee preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency, smooth production, and adherence to safety procedures.
2. Manage projects and oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, and operational readiness.
3. Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables to support 24/7 plant operations and uninterrupted production.
4. Manage the Electronic and Central Rewinding cells, ensuring maintenance standards, procurement of testing instruments, and availability of necessary spares.
5. Manage, copy, and modify PLC programs as per requirements without disturbing the equipment’s safety norms.
6. Develop and optimize electrical systems to enhance productivity, ensure ROI, and drive cost-saving projects by leveraging the latest power plant technologies.

Qualifications

1. Engineering Graduate (Electrical & Electronics) with a minimum of 15 years experience.
2. Strong knowledge of electromechanical equipment used in ceramics tiles manufacturing.
3. Proficient in PLC and ladder programming.
4. Skills in using AutoCAD.
5. Knowledge of electronic cards and component repair.
6. Should be leading a team of a minimum of 20 employees or more.
