Manager - Electrical

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure manpower resources of Electrical Engineers Team are adequate and are utilized efficiently.
2. Establish performance criteria, agree on performance objectives with the Team, and develop the competency of team members.
3. Organize internal quality audits/peer reviews for monitoring quality and ensure timely close-out of actions.
4. Provide advice and guidance to engineers and designers on important technical issues as well as managerial matters.
5. Provide necessary support and guidance to Project Control, Construction, and Commissioning.
6. Participate in the Contract Review process and provide required inputs to the Lead Engineer.
7. Perform responsibilities of Lead Engineer in the event of a large project.
8. Develop Electrical engineering related Company Standards.
9. Interact with peers from other offices across the globe on a regular basis to ensure consistency of work.
