Manager - Demand Planning

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in supply chain, business administration, mathematics or technical university
2. 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably Demand Planning in S&OP mature industries, such as FMCG/CPG or in Metal production industry
3. 3-4 years of experience in managerial positions leading small or mid-size teams
4. Customer service oriented thinking
5. Experience with coordination of projects, preferably in Demand Planning, ability to drive process improvement or business result improvement initiatives across multiple functions and align with senior stakeholders
6. Strong coordination skills and very good presentation skills
7. Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
8. Demand Planning
9. Statistical Forecasting
10. Supply Chain Management
11. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
12. Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and Power BI
13. Strong in Data analytics, ability to work with large data sets and calculations
14. Business planning knowledge
15. Advanced Planning and forecasting Systems & Tools, i.e. Anaplan, IBP, APO
16. Experience with SAP
