About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Compensation and Benefits to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the Jumeirah Group's business goals and ensures internal equity.
- Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark compensation levels and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Administer the organization's salary structure, including the evaluation of new positions and the review of existing job classifications.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure fair and consistent salary practices.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legislation affecting benefits to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR in the job evaluation process, ensuring that positions are accurately classified and compensated based on their level of responsibility and contribution.
- Develop and manage performance incentive programs, such as bonus structures and recognition programs, to drive employee engagement and performance.
- Stay up to date on federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees in a clear and understandable manner.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience of working in Europe and the middle east region, specifically in compensation and benefits.
- Have a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant countries.
- Strong knowledge of key compensation frameworks such as employment law, organization development, job architecture and incentive plans.
- Strong analytical skills and skilled in working with large data sets.
