Manager- CB Sales Support - Abu Dhabi Al Ain

Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Acquisition members and ensuring high level of client satisfaction and increase in client to the Bank.

Core Responsibilities

1. Data Entry of PIL Conventional/ Auto Loan Islamic and Conventional / Personal Finance.
2. FSK Clearance Checking the hit to match 100% information from the KYC.
3. SPOC for OPS related activities.
4. Ops suspense loss account (reconciler and owner for the account/ balancing the debit credit).
5. BCP/ BIA Assessment for the Unit.
6. RCSA Assessment for the Unit.
7. CAS pending documents Tracking the pending original documents to be sent to CAD for Disbursal.
8. Mystery Shopper Inputting Action plan for 0% score.
9. Audit related activities preparing/collating responses for Audit draft and recommendation.
10. SOPs related revision to update GORM if required.
11. Handling Unit Complaints.
12. Casa Backlog for CB AD cases.
13. SPOC of the Unit.
14. All other related Administration tasks.
15. Requisition of all the application and Stationeries.
16. Chubs request/ allocation for the team.
17. SPOC for KRI and Incident of the Unit.
18. Clear desk policy/ Spot check.
19. Internal Memo: Attendance & Punctuality/ Dress code/ etc.
20. Monthly access review Updating Managers to complete their DRs access review.
21. ITSM approval verifying and approving all IT SRs.
22. Calendar update.
23. Performance review On monthly basis review of performance for all the Managers.
24. Weekly Video providing update to the unit such as policies/campaign.
25. Monthly awards and Recognition.
26. Weekly Target Commitment.
27. Publishing Newsletters.
28. Managing Daily / Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
29. Maintain effective verified/ updated business reports for Senior Management.
30. Supervises the team to increase productivity and enhance RFT.
31. Managing the support team and ensuring that all the given responsibilities have been completed on a daily basis.
32. To exercise time management and maintain clean desk policy.
33. Responds promptly and directly to the sales managers' questions over the phone and provide End to End resolution.
34. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures Policies Code of Conduct and Service Standards of the bank ensure that team members do the same and initiate appropriate disciplinary action for any violations noted.

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support.
