Formulate strategy, considering global market and industry trends, and regularly track and refresh such strategy.
Lead multiple strategic initiatives and independently draw conclusions and insights to make actionable recommendations.
Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance to develop a course of action to achieve business goals.
Provide support on executing strategic initiatives to functional teams and track progress on such initiatives.
Develop presentations to communicate specific messages or outcomes to different levels of management and/or the wider audience in Business.
Regularly monitor, follow up, report, and provide updates on various activities undertaken.
Coordinate and drive enterprise compliance and risk reporting function with the group.
Ensure the implementation of the enterprise operating model and be the custodian of enterprise governance.
Support coordination with group support functions for reporting business performance, audits, and risk management (ERM).
Support the Head of Strategy for these forums (preparing content, managing stakeholders, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s in Business Administration.
5+ years relevant work experience in a Strategy role, focused more on the B2B side.
