Develop and implement the strategic sales plan for the Off The Road tire division, aligning with overall company objectives.
Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape the division's long-term strategy.
Act as an integral part of the high-performing business development team with a concentration on increasing the percentage of customers through various channels.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the OTR/Ag/Industrial tire market.
Drive the development and execution of effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tire technologies, and market developments in the OTR segment.
Provide technical expertise to the sales team, assisting in customer consultations and addressing complex inquiries.
Analyze sales data market trends, and customer feedback to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Complete all other projects and tasks as assigned while adhering to company policies.
