Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities; build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create and carry out sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets for the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants, attend industry events, and network.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and project methodologies.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and potential risks to senior management.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and customer inquiries to close deals efficiently.
