Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Business Consulting to drive high-impact consulting initiatives across advanced technology, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business strategy, emerging technologies, and innovation-driven problem-solving. This role is instrumental in helping organizations navigate the complexities of Industry 4.0, warehouse automation, and AI-driven business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Consulting Leadership:

• Develop growth strategies and transformation roadmaps for robotics automation, supply chain optimization, Industrial automation, IoT, Industrial IoT, Warehouse Automation and Humanoids.
• Design business cases and cost-benefit analyses for large-scale projects.
• Craft industry-specific solutions leveraging AI, IoT, and automation.
• Engage with global and local industry leaders to identify and implement high-impact use cases.

Business & Technical Advisory:

• Lead pre-sales activities, bid development, and client proposals.
• Conduct executive-level workshops to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Provide expertise in digital strategy development, implementation planning, and consulting.
• Guide system integrator (SI) partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Develop technology-driven strategies that serve as competitive differentiators.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to evolve offerings and ensure alignment with the latest advancements in Robotics, Humanoids, AI, ML, IoT, and cloud agnostic platform technologies.
• Drive innovative solutions that bring automation and digital transformation initiatives to life.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, and technology strategy. (Bain & Co., BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, etc)(preferable experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in Industry 4.0, automation, IoT, and AI-driven digital transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in building and presenting business cases.
• Passion for emerging technologies, including AI, ML, cloud computing, and digital ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects in Industrial Automation, IoT, AI and Robotics.
• Strong consulting background, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
• Expertise in driving continuous improvement strategies in response to evolving technology landscapes.
