Seeking a Manager to lead the support and operation of RTA's Bus and Marine Systems. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing operational excellence, system resilience, and integrating artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to align with RTA's goals of sustainability and intelligent mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Ensure high availability and performance of Bus and Marine Systems.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and update plans to maintain business continuity and system readiness.
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Drive development and execution, integrating measurable KPIs to uphold performance standards.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI and analytics to optimize system efficiency and passenger experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement solutions for continuous system improvement based on advanced analytics.
• Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships and ensure system interoperability with secure data practices.
• Policy Development: Establish procedures for system operation and maintenance compliant with industry standards.
• Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the adoption of technologies like IoT and real-time analytics to support RTA's smart city initiatives.
• Operational Oversight: Conduct routine inspections and manage incident response to ensure rapid system recovery.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science) or related field.
• Master's in technology management preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years in relevant fields
