KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Analyse Asset performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Manage the different types of asset physical counting and report the counting results to the concerned parties across RTA.
3. Ensure the optimal utilization of the ATS reporting tool and manage the contractor performance activities in the ATS System.
4. Set plans to ensure effective reconciliation of the fixed assets register in coordination with the Finance Department.
5. Ensure effective implementation of the Value Engineering concept to selected projects in RTA and provide reports accordingly.
6. Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
7. Manage the implementation of smart tags on outdoor assets and ensure the GIS data gathered for those assets are up to standard.
8. Coordinate with Dubai Municipality / Land Department for all RTA lands in terms of registration/valuation, and coordinate with concerned departments in RTA for setting the utilization plan as per the agreed activity from DM.
9. Review ATS System accuracy and maintain the Fixed Assets Register as per the required attributes of the ATS system.
10. Participate in all RTA project handover committees to ensure proper asset registration according to the approved procedures.
11. Follow up effective processes and performance indicators for assessing the performance of all RTA assets.
12. Supervise site inspection plans and assets condition monitoring and report the findings on a monthly basis to the Director.
13. Participate in preparing policies/guidelines related to the section roles and responsibilities and ensure awareness sessions are carried out to the concerned team members across RTA.
14. Manage the outsourced companies' performance with the section and ensure the required results are delivered.
15. Strictly adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.
16. Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.
17. Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution.
18. Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks.
19. Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line with the Information Security requirements.

Qualifications

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Civil/Electrical/Mechanical from a recognized university.

11. 7 years of working experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
