We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset and Project Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in transport and logistics, particularly within rail and metro systems. This role involves leading Operational and Maintenance Readiness teams, supporting the commissioning and operation of complex programs, and ensuring asset and operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Maintenance Readiness activities, including whole-of-life asset management and maintenance scheduling.
  • Manage the collation, review, and supplier engagement on O&M manuals for various programs.
  • Ensure compliance with handover requirements by collaborating with suppliers, engineers, and end-users.
  • Develop Risk-Based Training Needs Analysis (RBTNA) for OEM systems and type approvals.
  • Oversee the delivery of major programs, ensuring asset and operational readiness.
  • Develop detailed reports and present at senior stakeholder meetings to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement governance processes to track progress on workstreams.
  • Represent operational readiness across various forums and deputize for senior management.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
  • Master of Business Administration is also preferred.
  • Basic & Technical Competencies.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience.

Experience in:

  • Maintenance Readiness of Rail Networks.
  • Asset Delivery and Operational Readiness of Rail Networks.
  • Planning and Governance of Rail Networks.

Behavioural Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of presenting detailed subject matter to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to interact with regulatory agencies, stakeholders and clients while developing effective teamwork relationships.
  • Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills and able to review the work of others to ensure quality.
  • Able to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
  • Highly self-motivated, possessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
