The Administrator, Human Resources, will be assisting the Assistant Manager, Human Resources and providing support for all employee-related matters. Your responsibilities will also include:
Preparing reports
Working with our HR systems, RAMCO and SAP
Managing matters related to opening bank accounts for new employees
Tracking residence visas
Updating employees on all Human Resources related matters
Helping with onboarding
Ensuring employees' personal files are up to date
Handling requests regarding passports
Assisting with any employees exiting Atlantis Dubai
The role will work closely with the HR functions and business to deliver regular HR support to our employees.
