The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium sized Visa clients and to drive business growth for Visa and its clients. The BDM will develop and maintain the relationship between Visa and its clients, represent Visa to its clients, and execute the strategy for the markets. The BDM will identify opportunities for business growth and work with clients and internal Visa stakeholders to execute on them. The BDM will work closely with the country team to create and implement initiatives, solutions, and processes to grow our business in this client segment. In addition, the BDM will also drive sales of Value-Added Services such as risk products, data products, and advisory services.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with at least 4 years professional experience in retail banking / financial services / payments sector.
