Management Trainee Responsibilities

The Management Trainee is responsible for both internal and external communication. This includes creating and implementing communication programs that effectively describe and promote the company and its products. Responsibilities include:

1. Creation, development, and coordination of print and online demand generation content
2. Email marketing
3. Website management
4. Press releases and newsworthy articles
5. White papers and corporate videos
6. Marketing collateral
7. Event management
8. Marketing performance-related tracking metrics

Qualifications

1. Previous Marketing Internship experience
2. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
