Employment Type: Part time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive secretarial/administrative support to the designated Commercial Director, using existing administrative systems and considering procedures. This includes filling out all office documents.
  2. Manage office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining stationery and pantry supplies.
  3. Arrange/coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings, and some events.
  4. Assist Commercial Director in operational tasks like insurance renewals, trade license renewals, and office regulatory filings.
  5. Arrange business travel, hotel reservations, and air tickets in line with the Omron Healthcare Business Travel Policy.
  6. Prepare expense reports.
  7. Assist in projects and, upon demand of designated Management, manage and follow up on projects independently.
  8. Screen and process direct emails, calls, and correspondence for the designated Commercial Director; prepare and document meeting minutes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A higher vocational/professional education (bachelor's degree).
  2. 2-4 years of relevant recent experience within a fast-paced international organization.
  3. Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
  4. Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office with great organizational and administrative skills.
  5. Pro-active attitude with strong cultural awareness.
  6. Excellent communication skills and capability of handling confidential information.
