Management Accountant

The competent candidate for this role shall be able to:

1. Manage Outstanding Debts
2. Monitor contracts related to our Building Projects
3. Oversee Invoicing
4. Take control of day to day expenditure
5. Monitor utility Bills
6. Monitor Phone Bills
7. Monitor Service Contracts
8. Assist with proposals for Infra-structural works
9. Coordinate with Finance as well as other Departments

Language Proficiency:
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
English - Fluent / Excellent

Requirements

Have Driving License: Any

Job Skills

University Qualifications: Graduate in Accounting or Commerce
Previous Experience: 5 Years preferably in a Construction Company
Specialist Knowledge: ERP Accounting
Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 years of age desired
Gender Preference: Male
Language Skills: English, Hindi are essential, Arabic is desirable
Current Residence: UAE, having transferable residence.
