Responsibilities:

• Support in maintenance of production & utility equipment such as air compressors, boilers, water treatment plants, forklifts and its documentation online.
• Support in maintenance of HVAC system and its documentation online.
• Support in performing internal/external calibration activities.
• Listing of spares and assisting seniors in identifying critical spares.
• Installation and qualification support like identification of various components etc.
• Day-to-day activity reporting and logsheet updates.
• Basic machine setting and changeover support to production department.
• Ensure that cGMP requirements in accordance with established procedures are continuously met through work.
• To ensure the HVAC controls are monitored online.
• Perform routine building preventive maintenance to ensure the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Maintenance, operation and troubleshooting in WTP.
