Maintenance Technician- Fresh Graduated (Emirati)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Calidus. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and executing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal functionality of all systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
3. Perform timely repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
4. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
6. Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
7. Ensure the availability and upkeep of tools and spare parts required for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Aviation Maintenance Engineering Technology with a specialization in:
2. Avionics (Electrical or Electronics Engineering)
3. Airframe and Aeroengines
4. (from Al Ain Polytechnic or equivalent institution)

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
2. Expertise in maintenance and repair tasks.
3. Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repairs.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
