Maintenance Technician (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Surveys venue and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with standards.

Performs maintenance work of electrical systems such as:

1. Replace light bulbs and sockets
2. Clean and repair circuit breaker panels

Assists in fixing of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when required.

Maintains heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

Performs regular maintenance of pools:

1. Brushing
2. Vacuuming
3. Water testing
4. Pumps & filters

Performs general upkeep maintenance tasks and manual repairs such as:

1. Painting & carpentry
2. Lock systems
3. Landscaping

Inspect alarm systems (fire & gas protection).

Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested by his immediate supervisor.

Preserves the good condition and functionality of premises.
