Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to join our esteemed client in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the maintenance of electrical equipment in power stations or process industries, including supervisory roles. The responsibilities and qualifications for this position include:

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Power Plant or Similar.
• Responsible to carry out repair and maintenance work of all types of field instruments such as temperature pressure, Level, Flow, vibration, Speed, Flame detectors, Transmitters switches, Gauges, Recorders and Analyzers.
• Calibration and maintenance of various types of Control Actuators e.g. Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Motorized Control valves.
• Work experience on various types of workshop test equipment.
• Capable to work independently, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
• Should have awareness of Environment protection, safety and Quality system.
• Knowledge on Control System / Equipment is preferable.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electronics or Instrumentation & Control.
• Experience: 6-10 years in the maintenance of electrical equipment, ideally within power plants or similar industrial settings.
• Skills: Expertise in instrument calibration, control systems, and equipment maintenance; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Tagalog is essential.
• Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with control systems and equipment is preferred, along with a strong understanding of environmental, safety, and quality standards.
