Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
3. Perform maintenance on HVAC, generators, pumps, and other essential systems.
4. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
5. Maintain records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
7. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
8. Assist in installation and upgrades of machinery and systems.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
4. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
5. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards.
6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
2. Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
3. Certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
