Job Description:

We are actively looking for experienced and skilled technicians for the following role types for our projects with Dubai's Oil & Gas industries:

• Millwrights

Job Type: Other - Project based, shutdown project at Dubai's Oil & Gas plants, refineries, and factories towards end of 2025. Once completed, tenure is done. Project period varies between 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, subject to project requirement.

Role Description:

This is a project-based full-time on-site role for experienced & skilled Valve Technicians, Millwrights, Rotating Equipment Technicians, and Welders at INOTEQS Oil & Gas Equipment Maintenance Services LLC located in Dubai. These technicians will be responsible for:

• Valve Technicians: Valve repair, maintenance, and installation of valves in various systems, ensuring their proper functioning. Inspecting and testing valves to ensure they are operating correctly. Disassembling, cleaning, and repairing valves. Replacing worn or damaged parts, such as seals or gaskets. Installing new valves and ensuring proper alignment and operation. Diagnosing and troubleshooting valve malfunctions. Calibrating valves to meet system requirements.
• Millwrights: Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance & repair using power tools and hand tools. Installations, dismantling, maintaining, repairing, reassembling, and moving machinery in factories, power plants, and refinery sites.
• Rotating Equipment Technicians: Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery, such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors. Identifying and diagnosing mechanical issues. Repairing or replacing faulty parts to ensure optimal performance. Installing and aligning new equipment.
• Welders: Joining, cutting, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. Setting up and operating welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding). Welding metal parts together, ensuring strong and clean joints. Inspecting completed welds for quality and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Proficiency in working with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Experience in equipment maintenance in the oil & gas industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Relevant certification in the technician roles or related field, relevant Technical Diploma.
• Monitoring equipment performance to prevent breakdowns.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
