Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of construction equipment, including forklifts, excavators, boom loaders, cranes, and JCBs.
2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, time spent, and equipment status.
4. Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with site managers and operators to identify potential equipment issues and recommend improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to equipment operation and maintenance.
