Maintenance Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance projects for our organization. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing maintenance projects to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong leadership abilities, and has proven experience in managing maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects.
2. Develop project schedules and allocate resources.
3. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

5. Maintain project documentation, including budgets and reports.
6. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
