Uses quality feedback from the Site team to optimize the FLOC Task List.
Reviews PM orders for technical completeness and returns PM orders to gatekeeper if not complete. Uses, where possible, a FLOC or Global General Task List as the basis of the actual plan. Follows Plan to Standard (PTS) operating discipline.
Discusses with the Site team for field check and incorporates details in the task list for increased effectiveness.
When materials availability has been confirmed, stores job in active backlog.
Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan and assigns correct work centers.
Identifies materials/tools/equipment required to perform tasks.
Identifies/solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
Performs staffing density checks or staffing limitation checks to validate schedule durations.
Evaluates schedule deviations to assess schedule impact for proper decision making.
Prepares Progress Measurement Sheet & S Curve progress report for Monitoring & Control of Pit-stops/Turnaround.
Solicits, prepares, and reviews maintenance procedures, ensuring all safety and hazard-related issues are addressed within the job plan.
Links Procedure to Job Package, as applicable in SAP.
Considers constructability and maintainability when developing plans.
Schedules - Matches the need date with available resources.
Optimizes resource capacity for the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.
8 to 10 years with Operations/Maintenance of large chemical/Petro-chemical plants.
Expertise in SAP Maintenance Modules (PM) with a minimum of 6 years hands-on experience.
Expertise in Primavera P6/SAP Prometheus with a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse culture & multinational Site Teams.
Should be flexible in work timing to match the Site work timing (Min 4 Hours Overlap of work time).
