About the role:

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Supervisor (Interior / Fit-Out Onboarding) to oversee the onboarding process of new properties, ensuring they meet company standards for interior design, furniture, and overall aesthetics. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate interior fit-out activities, ensuring smooth property transitions into our holiday rental portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the onboarding of new properties, ensuring they align with Deluxe Holiday Homes' standards and requirements.
2. Interior & Fit-Out Supervision: Manage interior fit-out projects, including furniture selection, layout planning, and aesthetic enhancements.
3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work with furniture suppliers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure timely delivery and installation.
4. Property Readiness: Ensure all newly onboarded properties are fully furnished, equipped, and meet high-quality standards before listing.
5. Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct final inspections to verify that properties adhere to branding, safety, and guest comfort standards.
6. Project Management: Track and manage multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and internal teams (operations, housekeeping, and marketing) for seamless onboarding.
8. Issue Resolution: Address any delays or quality concerns during the fit-out and onboarding process.
9. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of fit-out progress, budgets, and final property conditions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in interior fit-out, property onboarding, or project management within the holiday homes, hospitality, or real estate industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with interior design concepts, fit-out procedures, and furniture procurement.
4. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple properties and vendors efficiently.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
6. Problem-Solving: Ability to address fit-out challenges and resolve issues effectively.
7. Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
