Maintenance Manager

Purpose

Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all kinds of maintenance activities for the smooth operation of all equipment and production with the right quality, timely review/replacement of parts and tools within the allotted budget, while complying with safety and HSE guidelines.

• Maintain the plant and operational areas for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and execute preventive and reactive plant maintenance plans.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work.
• Maintain performance levels of equipment with the least possible downtime for production lines.
• Ensure utility costs are as per budget and deliver Capex projects on time, within budget.
• Control the spare parts inventory and ensure optimum utilization.
• Define order and reorder levels of required maintenance materials and supplies.
• Ensure maximum utilization of resources with minimum time, risk, and expenses to the company.
• Ensure that team safety meetings are held regularly, PTW, LOTO, GMP & other company policies are followed by all team members.
• Propose & implement initiatives that enhance the company's ESG goals & reduce carbon emissions.
• Develop programs to improve the technical skills, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 6-8 years relevant experience in FMCG industry in a similar role.
• Understanding of quality control measures and standards.
• Knowledge of factory and beverage production lines.
• Interpersonal and good communication skills in English.
• Project Management and Line Management skills.
