Maintenance Manager

Summary:
A company in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee their building cleaning and maintenance operations. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance activities of commercial buildings or residential complexes. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
2. Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
3. Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
4. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and guidelines to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
5. Conduct regular inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
6. Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized maintenance services.
