Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead & train the Maintenance team to ensure a competent, engaged, and enabled workforce to meet Jotun’s needs.
2. Manage maintenance systems, plans, spare parts, personnel, and costs.
3. Review plant asset operation to minimize downtime and identify improvement opportunities.
4. Initiate and oversee continuous improvement activities using the Jotun Operations System.
5. Responsible for HSEQ within the area of responsibility.
6. Participate in operations management meetings, coordinate activities, and improvement projects.
