MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - FITOUT

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in fitout projects to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of our clients' interior installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining interior fitout elements, ensuring longevity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance of interior fitout installations including furniture, fixtures, and equipment ensuring they are in optimal condition.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of interior components.
3. Diagnose issues related to fitout installations and perform necessary repairs promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure high standards of work and safety.
5. Manage inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities, ensuring availability when needed.
6. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
7. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities including reports on equipment status, repairs performed, and preventive measures taken.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, specifically within the interior fitout industry.
3. Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and installation techniques.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
