JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all Security Systems operation, maintenance work execution, testing, and hand-over to Clients. Ensure that all required infra-structure needs are available/ready and this cover: Networking, CCTV, ACS, IDS and power requirements to ensure smooth operations of all systems on site.
Fault Monitoring & Resolution: Monitor fault logs, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and report findings.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work with clients, IT, and other teams to resolve faults and ensure proper system functioning.
System Maintenance: Maintain firmware, security patches, and configurations for optimized performance.
Records & Reporting: Keep detailed records of faults, PPMs, and Callouts.
Security Management: Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintain security systems and user protocols.
Training & Enhancements: Advise clients on system upgrades and provide refresher training as needed.
Operational Oversight: Monitor system performance, handle routine operations, and supervise technicians during implementation and repairs.
