Job Description
To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well maintained.
To be fully aware of the maintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed and carried out at all times.
To be instructed by the relevant supervisor of his duties in regards to maintaining guest room and public areas to the highest possible standard.
To be fully versed and capable in electrical, plumbing and painting requirements related to the designated areas of work (should be multi-skill).
To be practically adaptable and willing to take on works and requirements asked of him.
If judged to be capable of carrying out a different job title/requirement, must be willing to accept new job challenges and position.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the room is left clean and in perfect working condition after completion of any work performed.
Maintain a good rapport and working relationship and report for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name tag appropriately.
Carry out occasional repair work as required.
Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations.
Implement the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager.
Follow the preventive maintenance programme.
Apply water hygiene procedures.

Additional Information
