What Are the Key Responsibilities?

1. Carry out daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the hotel’s facilities, machinery, and equipment
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other hotel infrastructure
3. Respond quickly to guest requests for maintenance assistance and resolve issues efficiently
4. Identify safety hazards, take immediate corrective actions, and document safety issues
5. Assist in maintenance operations during emergencies or special projects
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and supplies
7. Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and service disruptions
8. Stay informed about equipment manuals, safety protocols, and local compliance standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or building services
• Hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, or general repair work

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of building systems and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of responsibility and reliability
• Good communication and time management skills
