Job Description

We are hiring experienced Machine Operators for a leading paper manufacturing company in the UAE. This role is open to international candidates, and a visa will be provided for selected applicants. The operators will be responsible for handling various machines within the paper production process.

Available Machine Operator Roles:

• Ripple/DW Cup Machine Operator
• Salad Bowl Machine Operator
• Embossed Cup Machine Operator
• Flexographic Printing Machine Operator
• Paper Bag Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the assigned paper manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain records of production output, machine efficiency, and any mechanical issues.
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to optimize machine performance.
• Handle raw material feeding, machine calibration, and waste management as per the production requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating paper manufacturing machines.
• Experience with Paper Cup Machines, Ripple/DW Cup Machines, Salad Bowl Machines, Embossed Cup Machines, or any other paper-related machinery.
• Strong technical knowledge of machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration.
• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production instructions.
• Excellent understanding of quality control measures in paper product manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
