Machine Operator (Prime / Coating / Blasting station) : Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

Function as the machine operator for Blasting, Prime / liquid coating and Powder station.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station.
2. Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
3. Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
4. Perform necessary qualification tests using quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP.
5. Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbances or irregularities in the production flow occur.
6. Record Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance / Control Reports, and all necessary reports regarding operation.
7. Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies, and procedures.
8. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Training certificates.
2. Technical Diploma.
3. Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in a similar work environment.
