We are hiring experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturer client in the UAE specializing in paper products. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized machinery in a state-of-the-art paper factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor paper manufacturing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Conduct regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly production goals.
• Document and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating any of the listed machines in a manufacturing or paper production setting.
• Strong understanding of machine operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
