Responsibilities

• Ability to operate and apply full overhaul for labeler machine, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts.
• Ability to operate and make all the required changeovers for the labeler machine.
• Very good knowledge of labeler machines (Cutter, Glue Bar) and thorough knowledge about beverage production lines.
• Must have basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to provide basic maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for labeler machines on the line.
• Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) and extend equipment life.
• Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the labeler machine.
• Very good knowledge of beverage lines machine (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines).

Skills

• Ability to work in shifts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

• 5 years experience in beverage industry.
