Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring their smooth and efficient functioning. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all machines are set up correctly, producing high-quality products within the given time frame. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating machines and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up machines according to production requirements
2. Operate and monitor machines during production
3. Inspect parts for defects and make adjustments as needed
4. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs
5. Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or abnormalities
6. Maintain records of machine operations, maintenance, and repairs
7. Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
8. Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
2. Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
3. Knowledge of operating different types of machinery
4. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
5. Good understanding of quality control principles
6. Basic math skills
7. Excellent hand-eye coordination
8. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
9. Attention to detail

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Dubai
