Job Description

Protect the Core by ensuring and sustaining safety operation, product quality, and records accuracy.

Operates, inspects, and maintains the production lines and working areas, in accordance with the applicable standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In case of deviation, repairs the deviation by restoring to basic conditions; when repair is not possible, notifies/escalates and follows up.

Ensures and promotes a positive safety and quality culture and adherence to all company principles and policies as well as local laws and regulations of all manufactured products, reinforcing the safety culture through actions and attitude.

Optimize manufacturing costs by driving performance improvement activities. Operators follow all applicable operational standards and manage and improve the standards in the production line/area based on factory needs, reducing and eliminating losses.
