Machine Operator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production process. Key Responsibilities

1. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
2. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
3. Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
4. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
5. Test operation of machines periodically
6. Fix issues that might occur during the shift
7. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
8. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
9. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a machine operator or relevant role (minimum 3 years)
2. Working understanding of diverse high-speed machinery (e.g. routers) and measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
3. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
4. Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations
5. Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery

In addition to the above qualifications, we would also consider applicants who have an immigration status in Abu Dhabi along with any relevant certificates or diplomas related to Machine Operation.
