Position: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop high-performance AI systems to enhance our predictive automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in statistics and programming, expertise in handling large datasets, and the ability to improve machine learning model efficiency through experiments and fine-tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, refine, and enhance models for applications including advertising recommendation systems, search engines, and risk management systems, focusing on improving accuracy and efficiency.
2. Design and implement data pipelines for aggregating data from various sources, ensuring it's ready for model training.
3. Collaborate with data engineers and IT specialists to enhance the scalability and reliability of our data engineering infrastructure.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
5. Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating new technologies into our projects as appropriate.
6. Draft technical documentation and share research insights.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
2. More than 3 years of experience in developing AI algorithms, with a strong understanding of both machine learning and deep learning techniques.
3. Proficiency in Python or Java, and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
4. Skilled in data engineering, including ETL, data modeling, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hive).
5. Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and proficiency in English.
6. Experience with AI-generated content (AIGC) technologies is a plus.
7. Published papers, awards in related competitions, and relevant industry work experience are a plus.
