Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst 3 / Associate 1

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst 3 or Associate 1 to join a leading European Boutique based in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Middle Eastern coverage background who is looking to either relocate from Europe or make a move within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the execution of M&A, capital markets, and other advisory transactions across the Middle East region.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation to support deal structuring.
3. Prepare presentations, pitch books, and investment memos for client meetings.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and relevant economic factors in the Middle Eastern market.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Middle Eastern coverage.
2. Background: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA or MBA is a plus.
4. Relocation: Open to candidates either relocating from Europe or already based within the region.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
