LV Switchgear Design Engineer – Electrical System

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in the LV Switchgear industry to join our team. The main focus of this role will be on the design of LV Switchgear panels and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and engineer LV Switchgear panels and systems according to customer specifications and industry standards.
2. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
3. Perform load calculations, short circuit studies, and protective device coordination studies.
4. Select and specify appropriate electrical equipment (circuit breakers, relays, transformers, cables).
5. Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
6. Coordinate with procurement, production, and testing teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
7. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.
8. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
9. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
2. 3-4 years of relevant experience in the design and engineering of LV Switchgear panels.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and codes.
4. Proficiency in electrical design software.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
