The candidate must be able to efficiently manage day-to-day operations, ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, and achieve sales targets while maintaining the brand's luxury image.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, exceeding their expectations with every interaction.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and building long-term customer relationships.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of luxury products, including fashion, accessories, jewelry, and watches. Be able to articulate the features and benefits clearly and compellingly.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and follows brand guidelines for display, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Brand Representation: Represent the brand with elegance, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Sales Support: Assist in processing transactions, inventory management, and stock replenishment as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to meet store goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Handling Special Requests: Assist customers with special orders, product sourcing, and exclusive items, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest complementary products, services, or new arrivals to enhance the customer’s experience and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in luxury retail segment.
Exceptional communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work well under pressure.
Strong knowledge of luxury products.
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with attention to detail.
