Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Luxury Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in high ticket sales, specifically within the luxury automotive sector. This role requires a results-driven individual who excels at building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and generating significant revenue. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly gross profit targets.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  3. Luxury Sales Expertise: Conduct consultations and tailor sales presentations to affluent clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of luxury vehicles.
  4. Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to payment collection, ensuring seamless transactions.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high referral rates.
  6. CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  7. Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with automotive trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  8. Negotiation & Closing: Leverage advanced negotiation techniques to close high-value sales.
  9. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience in High Ticket Sales: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling luxury items (vehicles, yachts, real estate, etc.) to high-net-worth individuals.
  2. Proven Success: Ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets of AED 200,000 in gross profit.
  3. Order to Cash Process Knowledge: Experience with the full sales cycle including RFP, quotations, invoicing, and payment collection.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and presentation.
  5. CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client relationships.
  6. Luxury Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, including customer preferences and market trends.
  7. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with familiarity in financing and leasing.
  8. Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality when working with high-profile clients.
  9. Multilingual: Proficiency in languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian is a plus.
