Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HNWI clients, managing their luxury travel, hospitality, and lifestyle needs.
• Offer 24/7 tailored support, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, private events, and exclusive experiences.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and offering proactive recommendations.
• Coordinate with luxury hotels, private jet and yacht charters, fine dining establishments, and other premium service providers to deliver VIP-level service.
• Handle last-minute requests and complex problem-solving with poise and professionalism.
• Keep detailed records of client preferences and past requests to enhance future service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury concierge services, VIP hospitality, or high-end travel management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (fluency in additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Arabic is highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of global luxury travel, five-star hospitality, and exclusive high-end experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing multiple, high-priority tasks.
• A well-established network of luxury industry contacts.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to cater to clients' needs.
