Joining the Private Jets team as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see firsthand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI, and of course, how to administer a charter flight, all whilst delivering service beyond expectation. Day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Using multiple sources & platforms to generate potential leads for client acquisition
- Proactively target this list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
- Convert potential clients into ACS clients
- Build relationships with operators to ensure we can provide suitable options to match our clients' requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle of a private charter from initial enquiry all the way through to completion
- Build a wide and effective network of contacts
- Meeting and exceeding sales activity and financial targets
- Flight watching and overseeing flight departures / flight rep
Qualifications:
This is a targeted sales role where customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. We have all the tools and training to develop sales skills, but experience in providing service beyond expectations is essential. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services essential
- Excellent customer service skills, client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic essential
- Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills & industry
- Hardworking and flexible; this role is not simply 9 to 5
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license
- Valid passport with the ability to gain visas to travel within the Middle East and Europe
