Black & Grey HR is hiring a Loyalty Program Manager for a leading retail company in the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Loyalty Program from developing strategy, goal setting, planning, execution, testing and optimization, to analyzing results and progress against the goals and KPIs for leadership. The responsibilities include:
Execute enterprise loyalty and rewards programs, both online and offline.
Deliver program performance reports, tracking results vs forecast and identify areas of improvement.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and collaterals for loyalty and rewards programs.
Manage all aspects of project plans to execute loyalty programs working with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage marketing plans to support and drive customer engagement through loyalty programs.
Partner closely with product management, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing services, and sales teams to execute marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
Analyze loyalty, rewards, and marketing programs, communicate status and adjust tactics to increase effectiveness.
Manage and ensure compliance within programs.
Requirements
5+ years experience in a similar role.
Should have worked on digital loyalty programs in the past.
CRM and Application experience required.
Project Management Skills preferred.
Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
