2. High volume of regular client referrals
3. Therapy focused model with zero administrative work
4. 5-40 hours per week - You decide your schedule

Licensed Therapist / Counselor Compensation:

1. Part-Time: Contracted with competitive hourly rate, plus bonuses
2. Full-Time: $100,000 - $135,000 per year
